The Owners

David Smalley is originally from Fort Worth, Texas and has lived in Colorado since 1994. He loves the Colorado lifestyle and the challenge of making these remodel homes desirable again. He has owned his own Colorado mountain home in Creede since 1980.

Rhonda Ashurst grew up on a northern California cattle ranch. The rural lifestyle of Southern Colorado reminds her of home, and she is thankful every day to live in such a beautiful place. She loves transforming possibilities into realities. This is true of her work with Arrowhead Development and the time she devotes to life coaching.
